last night was hard..company was over..everyone having cocktails...and bbq....I made brownies..not a crumb touch my lips!
I deviated in my PWO meal yesterday but I didn't let it derail the rest of my day and I'm back on track.

I blew it! 92 degrees outside, by the pool....couldn't resist an ice cold Leinenkugel! At least it wasn't chocolate!!!!!
I'm a first time poster although I've been lurking for a while. I just got my program from Erik last night and I'm about 14 weeks out from my competition so I'm in!!
My goal....6 meals per day for 21 days for a total of 126 meals.

Ugh, I feel like I need to pull out of this challenge...While I havent cheated at all in the sense of eating something totally off plan, Ive had to take 3 deviations already this week due to social obligations that forced me to eat out. I stayed as close to plan as possible, ordering chicken salads, but it still meant eye balling portions and not knowing for sure how things were prepared.
I suppose my question is whether this challenge is just no "cheats", or if it means no deviations as well?
