    Im all for doing it...But does it even apply to me considering I have an all day cheat on my plan?

    Ok...I started eating clean on Monday....and it's been three days, (working on third)....this is a huge deal for me since I've been off my rocker for about a month. So can I start my meal counting from Monday????? I need a little head start specially since I've only been getting in 4 meals a day!! Shooting for 5....Well, I'm in even if you won't let me start from Monday!!:shakeithappy:

    Sure. Just that much easier for you. Cheat days in YOUR plan serve a purpose. Cheat meals in others, don't.

    Are we talking no 'free meals' here? :eh:

    On my plan I'm allowed one free meal per week. Would I be disqualified if I use the allocated free meal?

    Of course you would be disqualified. Read my first post. It's 140 meals no cheats.

    So is the conclusion that most people can't cut out cheat meals? Or that the extra results aren't worth the extra effort?

    The obvious reason I'm doing this is for extra fat loss results. Secondarily, to prove it to myself that I still have it after a year of not having it. And thirdly, as a coach, to show as highm - actually even higher in most cases - level of program compliance and commitment than I expect of clients. Essentially to be 'real' and do it too.

    Compliance has never been an issue for me... as you know. I can do 2 weeks no problemo... just don't want to dive in to 4 weeks cold turkey at this point. I'm sorry :(

    Having said that....does this contest have a half-distance option?
    Like a half-marathon, one could do 2 weeks/70 meals? :turnoff:

    Or is it: "sh*t up Rainy and start your own thread with your measly 70 meals" :banme:

    Alrighty babes... I'm in :bannana:

    I'm going to do 20 days straight - no cheats/free meals/deviations.
    Start date May 30th - end date June 19th.
    I have 6 meals on my plan = 20*6 = 120 meals straight

    I'm off to meet hubby in Oslo for romantic weekend :love: (we live in different countries) so this Saturday will be my last free meal for 20 days.

    I'm so excited... I just can't hide it.... :happy05:
