140 Meals Straight

    So, I've written in multiple places and on multiple occasions that in the last year my commitment to physique goals has waned a bit ... ok, a lot. :lol:

    Fortunately, though, with still being really active playing tennis, I've been able to get away with it, although at a cost to my muscle mass.

    But I've found my groove again (weather related? :lol:) and am getting bigger and leaner right now. But I've been doing my traditional BIG Friday evening cheat. Given I've wasted months waffling I've decided to cut it out completely. Keep in mind this is practically classically conditioned as normal in my house as we've been chilling and cheating every Friday night for years. :lol:

    So, I'm embarking on a 140 meals straight with no cheats journey. I eat 5 meals per day, so at 35/week that's exactly 4 weeks. (so essentially like our old 4-weeks-no-cheats threads). Anyone up to the grand challenge with me? Or do I have to fly solo?

    Yes, I can continue to drop body fat as I am with my weekly cheats on Friday night, but I am after more notable progress in the next 4 weeks and of course I'll expect to have made solid progress at the end of it too.

    I'm 12 meals in. :lol: After tonight I'll be more than 10% done. :woohoo: Oh, and I won't be doing any subbing either, since well, I created my diet, so I like it. :lol:

    I'm in - 7 meals down. It'll be the weekend before we really see what I'm made of but I'm confident that I can get my 100% compliance back.

    Same here, on the weekend that is. Friday night basically. The rest of the weekend is easy.

    :lol: I'd kinda would have to have a set diet to be 100% on but I'd be up for the challange granted I can find a lot of the food that I have on old plans too :dry:
