Peanut butter crunchy and coconut butter
I use pasteurized egg whites from a carton which are supposed to be salmonella free and safe to eat raw.
I usually eat it immediately like a pudding. You can also freeze it for 20-30 mins to make ice cream. That's yummy too.
egg whites whipped to stiff peaks
add 1-2 tsp cocoa, 1 tsp ground coffee, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum, 50 ml water and any Stevia drops...
Where do you live? I live in Denmark and you can find bagels in both the frozen and packaged section over here, but no english muffins, I buy them...
