Well if it's a lot of muscle ... then you should be very strong.
If you want to lose muscle, don't train.
BB complexes are a form of metabolic workouts.
Both are fine.
It is not a 'better' way to lose fat since fat loss has very little to do with exercise and everything to do with what, and how much you eat.
It does not 'suppress' sugar cravings; it reinforces them.
